Brian Allison
President and founder of Midwest Refrigeration Systems, Inc., Brian has been in the industrial and commercial refrigeration business for over 25 years. A graduate of Ferris State University, his early professional career in the research and development departments of Tyler Refrigeration Corporation and Copeland Compressor Corporation positioned Brian as a creative engineer. His ability to “think outside the box” whether designing new projects or reconfiguring cooling needs has earned him the accolades of our customer base and the vendors that he serves. Throughout the course of his career, he continues to be the recipient of many industry awards:

Brian endeavors to be intricately involved from the conceptual brainstorming of projects through the start-up of the equipment. He is committed to maintaining professional relationships with his customers beyond the conclusion of projects.
Daniel Allison
Vice President, Daniel Allison, began his college career at Huntington University in Indiana. He completed an A.A.S. at a Michigan college. Daniel has also completed the Vilter reciprocating compressor class. In addition to back office tasks, Daniel works closely with the head engineer, Brian Allison. Prior to his career with Midwest Refrigeration Systems, he was a full-time salesman at the Cole-Gilmore group.
Daniel’s combined education and experience makes him a valuable asset to our company. He is dedicated to serving our customers with all of their industrial and commercial refrigeration equipment requirements.
Rachel Hahn
Our accounting office is managed by Rachel Hahn. She handles the daily office administrative operations here at Midwest Refrigeration Systems. Rachel attended Glen Oaks Community College. Prior to her tenure at Midwest, she owned and operated a small business; she also was employed in the human resources department of an industrial manufacturing company for 10 years.
